Shipping Policy
Thank you for your interest in my original mosaic art and paintings! I take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure its safe arrival.
Please allow 30 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. This timeframe may vary depending on the specific artwork, any custom framing requirements, and the current volume of orders. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.
I primarily ship within Canada using Canada Post. The specific carrier may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your artwork. For larger or more valuable pieces, I may utilize specialized art shipping services to ensure secure handling and delivery.
Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) to monitor its progress.
International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by your country's government. These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Please allow for potentially longer delivery times for international shipments due to customs procedures.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of original artwork, returns for reasons other than damage during shipping or significant misrepresentation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If a return is agreed upon, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any potential loss in value if the artwork is not returned in its original state. A refund (minus original shipping costs) will be processed upon safe receipt and inspection of the returned artwork.

Damaged Artwork Upon Arrival
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately (within 14 days of receipt) with clear photographs of the damage to the artwork and the packaging.
I will work with you and the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for a suitable resolution, which may include a repair (if feasible), a replacement (if a similar piece is available), or a refund.
Commissions and Custom Orders
Please note that returns or exchanges are generally not accepted on commissioned or custom-made artwork, as these pieces are created specifically for you based on agreed-upon specifications. All sales of custom artwork are final.
